ARC Barber Tech was born from a simple idea: what if barbers could build the tools they actually want to use?

After more than 15 years behind the chair, we’ve experienced the same frustrations with barber tools — products that are designed once, mass-produced and then left alone. We wanted to do something different.

ARC is an ongoing social experiment between barbers. We design, test, listen, redesign and test again, working with barbers to push our products further and find out whether we can build the ultimate barber tools. We’re never satisfied with “good enough”. Every detail can be questioned, every idea can be improved, and every piece of feedback has the potential to make the next version better.

Our products are designed, developed and manufactured in the UK, with elements of our production using 3D printing technology. That allows us to experiment quickly, create complex designs and continuously evolve our products rather than waiting for traditional manufacturing cycles.

Our first range, Pro-Mag, was created around the things that matter behind the chair — precision, practicality, durability and keeping your station organised. From integrated magnets and precision-grip teeth to our distinctive geometric designs, every feature has a purpose.

But ARC isn’t just about making combs. It’s about building better tools together. We want barbers to have a voice in what comes next, and we want every product to be a little better than the one before it.

And because we believe the barber community is about more than the work we do, a portion of ARC’s profits is donated to CALM, supporting their work in preventing suicide and helping people through difficult times.
